OPEN DOOR BAPTIST CHURCH

What To Expect

Visitors are welcome at Open Door!

We are sure you will find the atmosphere welcoming and friendly. Greeters are located near the front entrance to provide directions and assistance around our facility. While we will not pressure you for information, we do encourage first-time visitors to fill out the visitor’s card located in the church bulletin and drop it in the offering plate for our records.

We also provide a Welcome Packet to all guests, available at the Visitors Kiosk.

Amenities

Coffee is available in the cafe before and after both Sunday morning services. Please help us keep food and drink out of the sanctuary.

We also provide free Wi-Fi for accessing Bible apps and other church-related activities. Connection information is listed in the church bulletin.

Children

We have provided a kiosk for registering and checking in your young children before leaving them in their age-appropriate class. This is to provide security and peace of mind for you and your little ones during our worship services. You’ll want to provide ample time to get your children settled prior to the start of each service.

Teens

All teens are encouraged to join our teen service and classes. We have teen Sunday school classes at 9:30am, teen service on Sunday mornings at 11:00am, and Wednesday night Bible study at 7:00pm.

Attire

We don’t have a dress code at Open Door. We simply encourage you to come ready to worship God and partake in His Word. You will find that some like to wear more formal attire while others are in casual dress. Regardless of your preference, remember that as we gather to worship God, our manner of dress should remain respectful and modest.

Deaf/Hearing Impaired

Interpreting is available. When you arrive, simply let the greeter know your specific needs.

We also have a deaf ministry called Solid Rock, which meets Sunday mornings at 11:00am, and Wednesday evenings at 7:00pm.

Handicap parking is available near the building entrance, and our facility is fully wheelchair accessible. We have a wheelchair elevator available for accessing the lower level.
