About our Church: Open Door Baptist Church is a family-oriented, Bible-centered church committed to preaching the Word of God and spreading the Good News to the surrounding community through worship and discipleship for both youth and adults.
Founded in 1977, it is located in a suburb of Rochester, New York, on the southern shore of Great Lake Ontario, within reach of the Finger Lakes region and just east of Niagara Falls.
As the church has grown over the past 49 years, it has prided itself on staying rooted in the Word of God, having a vibrant missions program, and remaining a multi-generational, multi-ethnic congregation.
Statement of Purpose: To provide essential organizational, communication, and production support to ensure smooth weekly operations, successful special events, and excellent care for ministry members. This role supports worship services, media preparation, event planning, and departmental administration with confidentiality, professionalism, creativity, and strong attention to detail.
